Shipping & returns policy
Panda’s Box is committed to delivering your orders in perfect condition within the committed timelines. We generally ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them.
Shipping cost will auto apply on checkout.
We do not offer product exchange/replacements. We will provide refund for defective or damaged products if any. Please write to us within 72 hrs of delivery at care@pandasbox.co for defective/ damaged products. The refund will be only for the product cost and not the shipping cost.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email which will include a tracking number that you can use to track your order. In case your order is not delivered within the committed timeline, please drop us an email at care@pandasbox.co.
